Those who’ve met him feel lucky to have Harold Zinke working for the community.
The “unofficial mayor of downtown” who’s been keeping the streets clean for the Downtown Chilliwack BIA since 1999 will be honoured at a Coffee with Seniors Party on this Saturday June 10 at 11 a.m. at Chartwell Lynnwood Retirement Residence on Corbould Street.
“We will be acknowledging, celebrating 24 years of services for Downtown Chilliwack by Harold Zinke, the unofficial Mayor of Downtown,” said Zeeshan Khan of Streams Foundation Canada.
“Mr. Zinke’s smile and kindness are contagious. We are so lucky to have him in our community.”
There will be coffee, tea, snacks, live music, games, and gift baskets thanks to community partners.
