Sardis secondary school’s senior girls soccer team had a tough time at the AAA provincials, held last weekend in Kamloops.
Playing in the D pool, the Falcons earned one win with a 2-1 triumph over Panorama Ridge (Surrey).
Sardis dropped round-robin games to Point Grey (Vancouver) 3-1 and South Kamloops (2-0), leaving them to take on Oak Bay (Victoria) in a cross-over game Friday.
Sardis lost 3-1.
Robin Anderson was outstanding in a losing cause, earning a spot on the Commissioner’s 11 team.
