Nikki Gregory earned four podium finishes at the Cheetahs Invitational Track and Field meet, held last weekend in Coquitlam. Competing in the 11-year-old girls division, the Chilliwack native nabbed gold in the 200 metre dash with a blazing time of 29.35 seconds.

Gregory scored silver in the 60m dash, zipping down the track in 8.98s.

She added bronze medals in the 100m dash (14.47s) and long jump (3.71m).

Chilliwack Track and Field Club teammate Aiyana Gagnon-Bounaix narrowly missed medaling in the 1000m run, clocking a time of 3:41.25.

Andrew Kirk continued his standout season, taking four gold medals in the 12-year-old boys division.

Kirk owned the sprints, taking first place in the 100, 200 and 300m dashes. His fourth medal came in the long jump where he soared 4.76m.

Ryan Higuchi competed in the 14-year-old boys division, finishing fifth in triple jump (9.58m) and sixth in long jump (4.92m).

Delaney Belknap competed in the 12-year-old girls division, finishing third in the 1200m run with a time of 4:09.56. She placed eighth in discus with a strong toss of 11.75m.

Megan Muir tackled the 13-year-old girls division, earning a first place finish in the 2000m run (7:48.46) and a third place finish in the 1200m run (4:09.56).

Jennifer Weibe ran against 14-year-old girls in the 300m dash, finishing seventh with a time of 44.87s.
