Chilliwack Minor Hockey Association has recently received complaints about people going door to door falsely claiming to be raising money on behalf of CMHA.
“Any approved fundraising efforts put forward by CMHA are well known to the board and our membership, and future fundraisers will have players wearing their current CMHA jerseys,” said CMHA president David Soltys.
They will also have an email address and/or phone number that anyone can use to confirm their legitimacy.
