Chilliwack hockey referee chosen for Canada Winter Games crew

Linesman Bradley Parker will travel to Red Deer in early February.

Chilliwack’s Bradley Parker is one of nine officials chosen by B.C. Hockey to oversee matches at the 2019 Canada Winter Games in Red Deer, Alberta. Parker is a level four official who has worked games in the Western Hockey League, B.C. Hockey League, Pacific Junior B Hockey League, B.C. Intercollegiate Hockey League and U-Sports.

A former player in the BCHL and PJHL (junior B), Parker started officiating in 2008 and attended the 2017 National Hockey League Exposure Combine

The 2019 Canada Winter Games run Feb. 5 to March 3.
