Chilliwack-based Fusion Cheerleading hosted the first competition of the spring season last weekend at their facility on Brooks Avenue.
Results from the local contingent were strong. The Youth squad led the way, placing first in a field of eight.
The juniors placed second in a group of four and the seniors placed second in a group of three. Both teams narrowly missed finishing first.
The mini-squad placed fifth out of 10 teams.
The tiny squad was cute.
Next up is the Valley Stars competition, taking place Feb. 5 in Abbotsford.
