Chilliwack’s Darwin Douglas will be fighting in Battlefield Fight League 10 - War, a mixed martial arts event taking place tomorrow night in Vernon.
Douglas (3-3) will take on Bill Fraser (2-4) in one of eight pro bouts scheduled at the Wesbuild Center.
Douglas trains and trains others at Revolution Martial Arts in Chilliwack.
He owns the facility.
A member of the Cheam first nation, Douglas has been involved with MMA for five years.
This card is headlined by a middleweight clash between knockout artist Matt Baker and Brazilian Capoeira expert Marcus Vinicios.
Another big match pits Dan MacIver, making his Battlefield debut, against veteran fighter Marcus Hicks.
MMA fan favourite Matt Dwyer is making his pro debut and the event also includes three amateur matches.
