Chilliwack’s Erin Barclay was the ninth fastest woman in a field of 38 at last weekend’s Mount Robson Marathon.
Traversing the Berg Lake trail near Valemount, Barclay covered 42.195 kilometres in 5:25:52. She was seventh out of 20 competitors in her female 19-39 division.
Three Chilliwackians competed in the half-marathon.
Running together, Michael Funke, Rose Funke and Lee Taylor finished 86th, 87th and 88th overall. Michael Funke timed 2:35:48 with the others close behind at 2:36:00.
