While we, the average citizen, may not be “the targets,” it is only a matter of time before an innocent bystander is going to get hurt. Trust me, if an innocent bystander should get in the way of one of these punks, they are not going to say , “excuse me but you are between me and the guy I am trying to kill.” I repeat, it is just a matter of time!
