Yvonne Jean Coulling (Heth)

July 30, 2020

March 12, 1940 - July 30, 2020
Yvonne was called home on July 30th, 2020, just as the sun was setting. She was surrounded by the love of her family as she made her way to her final home. Yvonne is predeceased by her father Harry Heth.
Yvonne was born March 12, 1940 in Eastend, Saskatchewan, the family moved to Hope when she was 13, in her teens and early 20's the family had the Chevron Service Station (Harry's Service), in Boston Bar and it was common to see Yvonne pumping gas, washing car windows and greeting the customers.
These were happy times filled with fond memories. In the early 60's she married and moved to Prince George; it was not until the 70's that the family relocated to Chilliwack where she lived the remainder of her life.
It was not uncommon for many people to recognize her and think that they knew her from some other time and place. Her time was spent having coffee with friends at the mall, she enjoyed the occasional trip to the casino and in younger years annual bus trips to Reno were enjoyed.
Yvonne was truly blessed with long-time friends, a mother who took care of her during her battle with cancer, and family.
Yvonne will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her mother Mary Heth, brother Merv (Julie) Heth, two children Bryon (Rita) Thompson, Geraldine (Wayne) Dyble four grandchildren; Joshua (Karlie) Thompson, Sophia (Pete) McIasaac, Larissa (Clint) Peters, Jessica Dyble, and two step-grandchildren; Brandon (Amanda) Spofford, Mayna (Ruben) Marin; and great grandchildren Jackson and William Peters; Qynne and Rhys McIasaac, Lydia Thompson, Isabella, Gabriella, Julianna Marin; and Aubrey and Lena Spofford.
Yvonne will be remembered by her coffee friends, her long-time childhood friend Wilma Couryk, and Marilyn and Gordie Glendenning and nephews and cousins.
A small family gathering will take place in August. In memory of Yvonne, a donation can be made to the Cancer Agency.

In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you; John 14:4
