Tynisha was born July 10,1992 at Abbotsford General Hospital and moved to Chilliwack when she was two. She attended school at Little Mountain, Sardis Elementary, Vedder Middle and Sardis Secondary, graduating in 2010.
Tynisha's interests were many and varied. She loved her many pets, especially bunnies and cats. Tynisha participated in Synchronized Swimming, dance, and ice skating. She also loved music, playing guitar and flute.
Tynisha's death was caused by complications of Acute Pancreatitis that had been diagnosed the day before, when she was admitted to hospital.
A Memorial Service for Tynisha was held Saturday, June 1st at Sardis Community Church, with a Reception following.
Tynisha is survived by her partner Kevin, mother Shannon, sister Ashaya, grandparents Alan and Susan Head, uncle Scott (Paige), little cousins Kai and Ayla, and Kevin's family, parents Bonnie and Garnet Dunn, and brother Adam. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Thank you to all for the generous donations towards Ena's Community Cats, and Tynisha's Memorial Bench near the Tennis Courts in Watson Glen Park. The Bench was dedicated by Family and Friends on Sunday July 7th.
