McLaughlin, Susan Lin (nee Grant)
It is with deep sadness the family of Susan Lin McLaughlin announce her passing at Cascade Hospice on November 17, 2013 at the age of 61 years following a long and very courageous battle with cancer. Susan was born in New Westminster on February 19, 1952 and was a resident of Ryder Lake.
Susan is survived by David, her husband of 40 years; her daughters, Cori (Travis) and Carla (Dana); grandchildren, Logan and Aubrey; her parents, Jack and Margaret Grant; mother in law Margaret McLaughlin; siblings Rick (Brenda), Judy (Dave), Debbie (Greg) and Nancy (Darren) as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Susan was a loving and caring person who was always there to lend support to those in her life. She loved playing bingo and spending time with her friends. The family would like to thank her friends and all the medical staff especially, Dr. Hamilton, who have given so much support over the years. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 3:00 pm from the Chapel of Henderson's Funeral Home, Chilliwack. Henderson's Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
