It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother, Stella Brown. Stella was born to Robert and Stella Downing in Maymont, Saskatchewan on April 22, 1920 where she lived until 1935, when her family moved to Chilliwack. Mom met her one and true love, Victor Brown, while he worked at the post office. She invited him for dinner at her mom's home and that was it. They married on August 26, 1941. Forever together. Stella loved her travels and parties. Family meant everything to her and she loved one and all of us dearly. She leaves behind daughters Dorothy (Bill) Sturgeon and Shelly (Danny) Mallari, grandchildren Rhonda (Chris) Lobermayer, Vicki Sturgeon, Daniel Mallari, Sean Mallari, Keri-Brown (Dan Giesz) and great grandchildren Ian and Curtis Lobermayer and Marijane Giesz. We will miss you mom.
