Sandra was born in Chilliwack and is predeceased by her parents, Ivan Howe and Louise Fergueson (nee Lehrman and of the Nevard family), and her sister Doreen. Graduated from Chilliwack Senior High in 1965. Sandra is survived by her brothers, Leonard (Naome) and Norman; her nieces, Caryn and Sarah (David); as well as her nephews, Sean, Miles (Madison), and Gene (Tamar). Funeral arrangements were made on Sandra's death by Burquitlam Funeral Home but no service was held at that time. A private family memorial and celebration of Sandra's life will be held at a future date.
