It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Mary McGonigal. On May 6th, we lost our loving Mother, Granny, Meffy and G.G.
Pat lived a long, happy life filled with love for and from her family. She was a courageous and compassionate nurse at the Chilliwack General Hospital and for many years served as the Assistant Director of Nursing. Her signature sense of humour and eternal optimism were known to all and remained absolutely unwavering in her 95 years.
She will be forever missed by her daughter Lynda Ferguson, her grandchildren Travis Smith (Fannie), Lauren Lee Smith (Erik), and Guy Ferguson, her great grandchildren Weston and Kingsley Smith and her many friends and colleagues.
Thank you to Glenwood Care Centre for the last two years of care and kindness.
