It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Olga Bernadette Vallee. She passed away January 12, 2012 at Cascade Hospice in the presence of her sister Stella, brother-in-law John, daughter Maria and son Robert, after battling kidney cancer.
Olga is survived by her partner Samuel (Tate) Campbell; sister Stella; brother-in-law, John; daughters Maria (Darwin) and Sarah Mills; sons Robert and Andrew Mills; 19 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents Margaret and James Guest and Brother Basil.
Olga was born in England and emigrated to Canada in 1970. She was an avid reader. She worked as the answering service for several years for Remax and was well liked by realtors and clients and frequently acknowledged for her efficiency and cheerful and helpful nature.
She will be sadly missed and never forgotten.
The family would like to thank Dr. LeGresley and the nursing staff on NU3 North, together with the staff at Cascade Hospice who all showed great compassion and kindness throughout this ordeal.
A memorial service was held January 16, 2012 at Henderson’s Funeral Home.
