Mrs. Muriel "Eileen" McDonald (nee Flynn), age 91, passed away peacefully in Chilliwack on January 13, 2019. She was born March 30, 1927, the daughter of Muriel Dyer and John Flynn of Carlyle, Saskatchewan.
Eileen was preceded in death by her husband Mac ("JR") McDonald in 2009, her sister Marg (2015), brother-in-law Murray (1999) and her brother Harold (1944). She leaves behind her nieces and nephews Lynn Coulthard, Brent Coulthard (Tracey), Glen Coulthard (Kim), and Lisa Coulthard (Stephen), and great nieces and nephews Kyra, Tessa, Scott, Andie, and Jack, along with many wonderful friends.
Auntie Eileen will be forever remembered for her sharp wit, love of life and food, and her generous spirit.
As per her wishes, there will be no memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC SPCA.
