Maurice Guy Demers slipped away peacefully at the age of 93 on January 9, 2013 at Chilliwack General Hospital. He lived his life to the fullest and he never complained. Maurice was born in Montreal, PQ on May 20, 1919 and moved to Chilliwack in 1984. He was predeceased by his wife Therese (Touchet )Demers who passed on March 3, 2008. He is survived by his sister Jeanne Demers, of St Leonard, PQ and several nieces and nephews living in Canada and the US. He will be missed Rest in Peace.
Funeal Mass was held on Wednesday January 16,2013, from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church.
