Lena Goertzen (nee Foth)

May 26, 1941 - November 13, 2019
Was born in Deutsch Warnischle, Poland to Anna and Franz Foth on May 26 1941 and went to be with the Lord on November 13 2019. When mom was 5 years old, she immigrated to Canada with her family. They landed on the East Coast and settled in Clearbrook BC.
Mom is lovingly remembered by her children, Brenda and (Bill) Schofield, Wes (Lori) Goertzen and Denise (Alvin) Warkentin. As well by her grandchildren, Christian (Kelly), Sydneigh, Bailey (Shayne), Schuyler (Jason), Abigayle (Ronald), Rebekah, Grace, Hannah, Amanda and great-grandchildren Koral, Cadence, Taryn and Ellison. Mom was predeceased by her husband, Frank Goertzen, parents, Franz and Anna Foth, and sister Hertha Neufeld
The family would like to thank all who were involved in mom's last days. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 25 2020 at Eden Mennonite Church Chilliwack. Online condolences may be offered at www.woodlawn-mtcheam.ca
