Laurens Veldhuizen, late of Chilliwack, B.C., formerly of White Rock passed away March 31, 2005 in Chilliwack at the age of 78 years. He has born in The Netherlands and had lived in the Chilliwack area for 14 years.
A career carpenter, Larry worked in B.C. since the mid 1950’s. He also worked as a building inspector in the Chilliwack, Harrison and Hope area.
He enjoyed the company of many friends at Rainbow Estates and spent as much time as he was able golfing with several pals.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, April 5th, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Henderson’s Funeral Home. Cremation, Valley Crematorium, Chilliwack.
He is survived by his wife, Alyda; children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
