Laurence Adolf Tonn

Laurence Adolf Tonn passed away peacefully in Vancouver, Washington, with his family by his side on Thursday, August 22, 2019, at the age of 83. His ashes will be buried with the love of his life, wife Tina Tonn at Chilliwack Cemetery. Laurence was born in Plumas, Manitoba, the son of Adolf and Barbara (Rossnagel) Tonn. He was the oldest of eight brothers and sisters; Donald, Kenneth, Delores, Margaret, Richard, Gordon, and Murray.
He is survived by his three children Barry, Vicki (Eggleston) & Lori (Carruthers). He has six grandchildren Lauren, Peter, Ashley Eggleston, Robert Eggleston, Carson Carruthers and Colin Carruthers. He also has six great-grandchildren, Taylor, Owen Meyer, Nora Meyer, Evan Meyer, Harper and Cameron.
Laurence's family welcomes all their friends and family to join them for a Celebration of Life service with refreshments at Salvation Army Chilliwack Community Church, 46420 Brooks Avenue, Chilliwack on Saturday, October 5 at 1:30 pm. Interment at Chilliwack Cemetery will be with family at 11 am before the Celebration of Life service.
