It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jordan Shawn Simpson. He was born in Bonnyville, Alberta on March 19th, 1984, and left us unexpectedly on November 28th, 2016. He is survived by his loving mother,
Janice Simpson, brother Tyler Simpson, father Albert Masuskapoe, grandfather Leon Bourque, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by grandparents Leslie Simpson, Shirley Bourque, Sophia & Richard Masuskapoe. Hockey was a big part of his life from an early age and where he met many of his closest friends. He was also a lover of golf and enjoyed the recognition of accomplishing a hole in one at the Sandpiper Golf Course. He enjoyed country music and playing cards with his friends. He had a great sense of humour and always loved making people laugh. His many friends and family will dearly miss him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 18th, at 1:00 pm at Squiala Community Hall, 45005 Squiala Rd., Chilliwack. If you so wish, in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
