It is with great sadness the family of Jean Miller announces her peaceful passing on December 12, 2011 at Chilliwack General Hospital.
She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by her husband of 63 years Robert, her daughter Shelley and son Dale, granddaughters Michelle (Chris), April (Shaun), great-grandchildren Ayla, Michaela, Isabella, Brooklyn, and soon to be new addition of another great-grandchild and many close friends from over the years.
Jean was born and raised in Langley Prairie, the daughter of Thomas and Chrissie Winget, who settled in Langley Prairie in the 1920’s.
We wish to thank Dr. M. Scholtz and Dr. P. Galbraith, the Palliative Care and Home Support Staff for all that they did to make Mom’s last few months comfortable.
Service and Celebration of Life will be held on December 29, 2011 at 12 noon, at St. John’s Anglican Church in Sardis B.C.
