Jake had an incredible gift for building, his talents shown in the many home renovations he completed, Peachland being top of the list.
He was a hard worker putting his heart, sweat and countless hours into his projects and jobs. But Jake's proudest times spent were watching Cole play football and playing cards and board games with both Cole and mom.
We will miss his warped sense of humour. He made us laugh even in the toughest of times.
Jake is survived by his son Cole, sister Caroline, nephew Kyle(Ethan & Preston), many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jake will be missed by his family and friends. Jake is predeceased by his dad Grant (Woody), mom Yvonne and sister Melanie.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date due to social distancing. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Brain Injury Association.
