It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, Isabelle Cora Wheeler on November 16, 2019 at the age of 93. Mom was predeceased by her parents Silas and Ida Jones, sisters Marjorie, Eileen and Joyce, brothers Orval and Ivan, her husband of 42 years Ken and son Melvin. She is survived by her sons Bill (Laura) and Wayne (Michelle), daughters Jo-Anne (Bob) and Sherry, as well as seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
A private celebration of life will be held by her family at a later date.
