GREIG; Ian Marshall
Ian passed away October 27, 2016 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by Norma, his beloved wife of 46 years, his brother Bob, and his son-in-law Robert. He is remembered with love by his sister Adele, and his children Noreen (Spencer), Gary (Gloria), Adele (Kevin), Ida (David), and Tricia, his eight grandchildren and spouses, five great-grandchildren and extended family. Ian led a full life enjoying family, friends, time at the Shuswap cabin and playing and watching sports, particularly golf and curling. He and Norma raised their five children in Quesnel before moving to Chilliwack. Several years after Norma's death, Ian married Audrey; she and her children Lynne (Brian), Brian (Sheila) and family were part of his life for 10 years. Ian moved to Burnaby for his last years. Dad led by example, was a great father and always felt blessed to have such a caring family. We thank Dr. Burns and the staff at the George Derby Centre for the care in his last two years. As per Ian's wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
