Hans passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019 at the age of 74. He was born in Germany.
Hans is survived by Ailsa, his wife of 52 years; sons Hans (Leigh), Christopher; grandchildren Ashleigh, Hannah, Kyle and Emma; brother Dieter (Renate) and family.
Hans was a former member of the Chilliwack Soccer Community and the BC Soccer Referee's Association. He spent his last years walking his dog Nikki on the Dyke and enjoyed his Starbucks.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
