Jerry passed away peacefully on February 1st, 2011 at the Chilliwack Cascade Hospice with his family and close friends by his side after enduring a lengthy 10 year battle with brain cancer.
He was born May 7, 1962 in Vancouver and moved to Chilliwack with his family in the early 1980’s.
Gerald will be deeply missed by his wife Leah, children Jennifer (Robby), Dustin (Jodi), Ashley (Shawn), Kodie, Daniel; grandchildren Skylar, Madyson, Jaxon, Makenzie; brothers Richard (Anne), Mike (Sheila); sister Sandie (Duane).
He was predeceased by his parents; Sheila Harte and John Harte.
A Celebration of life will be held in his honor on Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011 at the St. Thomas Church, 46048 Gore Avenue, Chilliwack.
