August 4, 1949 - May 11, 2024
Gail Irene MacKay passed away peacefully on May 11, 2024 at the Chilliwack hospital at the age of 74. She was born August 4,1949 in Vancouver BC.
Gail is survived by her husband Scott of 54 years and her children Dean (Tina and his boys mother Margret), Michelle (Justin ), her grandchildren Christopher and Reid and Jackson; Hudson and Peyton; her brother Gary (Marilyn ); sisters Bonnie and Melody (Ray ) along with many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father Dick and mother Fanny.
Her infectious smile and positive attitude will be sadly missed by her many friends. Many thanks to the Chilliwack hospital and all their doctors and nurses that helped Gail through this terrible disease.
A special thanks to our doctors Tammy Wojcik and Paul Graham for going above and beyond the call of duty to help Gail through this journey. They are Angels.
Remember Gail in your hearts and prayers. She will be watching over us sending joy and love.
A celebration of life will be held on June 15, 2024 at 1:00 o'clock at the Columbia Valley Community Hall 1202 Kosikar Road Lindell Beach.
