Forrest passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home in Agassiz after a 12-year battle with Parkinson’s disease.
Forrest had a great love for his family, friends and legionaires.
Forrest is survived by his children, James (Rose), Cathryn (Larry), Forrest Jr., Valerie (Willie), several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his brother Jack.
Forrest was predeceased by his wife, Leona.
A celebration of life will be held at the Vedder Legion Branch 280 on Tuesday, February 17, at 11:00 am.
