Elice passed away at the Chilliwack Hospital on June 5, 2013. She was born in Millet Alberta to Edward and Hilda Stiem. She is survived by her husband Dan; daughter, Judy Marsh; son Harvey Guretzki; grandchildren, Renee Corbett (Kevin), Daniel, Robert (Colleen) Michael, Sherri, Brian; great-grandchildren: Joshua, Jessica, Jacob; sisters, Margaret Heringer (Sid), Gladyes Kalke (Irvin) and many extended relatives.
She was predeceased by her twin sister Ella Pohl; brother Cecil (Ruth) and an infant grandson Mark Guretzki.
A graveside service was held June 10, 2013 at Chilliwack Cemeteries. Arrangements through Woodlawn Mt Cheam Funeral Home, Rev. Tim Rowan officiated. The family would like to thank the staff at Chilliwack Hospital and Dr. Scott Markey for their wonderful care in her last months. She will be greatly missed.
