Egbert Eisses. April 2, 1938 - February 12, 2014. After many years of poor health, it is with heavy hearts we announce Bert went to be with the Lord. He was a loving husband, father and Opa. Bert is survived by his wife Agnes, daughter Corina (Ryan), son Nathan (Kaylea) and grandchildren Mikayla, Lucy and Brody. Predeceased by parents Thys and Harmtje and brothers Harm and Chris and sister Luiktje and brother in law Jantines van Rhee.
A memorial service to celebrate Bert’s life was held at Cornerstone CRC, 9800 McNaught Rd., on Wednesday February 19 at 11am with Rev. Bill Veenstra officiating. Matthew 11:28 - Come to me all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
