We sadly announce the peaceful passing of Bruno Tavares da Silva at Chilliwack General Hospital on April 4, 2008. Bruno was born in Angeja, Portugal on Sept 24, 1924.
In his 83rd year, he leaves to mourn, his wife of 55 years, Irene; his sister Maria Rosa (Manuel); his two sons: Anibal & Bruno (Karen); his three grandchildren: Emilio, Catarina and Bruno; as well as numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
He was predeceased by his parents Jose & Maria; and his brother Julio.
A Memorial Service will be held at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 45901 Victoria Avenue, Chilliwack, BC on Friday April 11, 2008 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation are appreciated.
