It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Bradley Steensland at Cascade Hospice in Chilliwack, BC, November 27, 2011 at the age of 51.

He is survived by his mother, Olga Falk; his father, Rod (Louise); his wife, Corinne and their five children, Michelle (Jerid), Christopher (Kat), Lisa, Sabrina, and Keanu of Chilliwack; his sister Rhonda Feser (Pat) of Calgary and brother, Ryan (Susanne) of Chilliwack.

Brad was born and raised in Swift Current, Saskatchewan and relocated to Chilliwack in 1983. He had worked in the wholesale business in the Fraser Valley and for the remainder of his life. Brad fought a difficult, short battle with cancer and succumbed peacefully in his sleep with family by his side.

In his younger years Brad enjoyed playing slo-pitch, volleyball and badminton. In recent years his free time was spent fishing, camping and kayaking. Brad enjoyed his music and videos with his true passion being on the open road riding his motorcycle.

The family would like to thank the staff at Chilliwack General Hospital and Cascade Hospice Residence as well as the Palliative Care team for all their kindness and support in making his last days as comfortable as possible.

A celebration of life is scheduled for December 10, 2011 from 1-4 pm at the Chilliwack Lions Hall, 45580 Spadina Ave., near Corbould St., Chilliwack, BC.
