Bernice McConnell “Bunny” (nee Wildman) late of Chilliwack passed away May 18, 2004 at the age of 89 years. She was born December 11, 1914 in Innisfail, Alberta.
She was a life member of the Royal Purple, a past member of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C. and Yukon and the Chilliwack Curling Club.
Service of Remembrance will be held Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Anglican Church. Rev. Charles Lenz officiating. Cremation, Valley Crematorium, Chilliwack.
She is survived by 6 children: Kay Ross of Castlegar; Pat (Jurgen) Morrison of Victoria; Allan (Betty) Coxworth of Sardis; Jim (Lillian) Mc Connell; Melvin (Colette) Mc Connell and John (Norma) Mc Connell all of Chilliwack. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ethel Webb of Chilliwack. She was predeceased by her 1st husband George Coxworth in 1974; 2nd husband Alfred Mc Connell in 1989; 2 brothers, Tom and Fred; 3 sisters, Minnie, Barbara, Kate and 1 grandson, James Mc Connell.
Should family and friends so desire, donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C. and Yukon.
