It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Benjamin Alfred Osborne on June 1, 2011 in Enderby, BC at 95 years of age.
Ben will be lovingly remembered by his children: Donna (Tom) Phelan and Marvin (Lorrie) Osborne; his grandchildren: Connie (John) Spencer, Terri Tuttle, Darren (Kim) Phelan, and Tammi Osborne; his great-grandchildren: Cody (Hannah), Jory (Ashley), Cole, Jenna, Danni, Sean and Madisson; his great-great-grandchildren: Alyvia and Pierce; his very special “brother-in-law” Bob (Anita) Armitage; his nephews: Raymond and Brian; his niece Rachel and Carson; and Maureen Armitage.
He was predeceased by his wife Hazel.
Ben was born on May 25, 1916 in Chilliwack, BC to George and Amelia Osborne.
In lieu of a service, the family requests that all celebrate Ben’s life with a ‘toast’ on Father’s Day, Sunday June 19, 2011 between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. Furthermore, the family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Parkview Place in Enderby, BC.
