Anne Kroeker Epp passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord on June 13, 2011, at Valley Haven in Chilliwack, BC. She was 78 years old.
Anne was born in Tees, Alberta to Frank and Helena Petkau and moved with her family to Yarrow in 1942. She married Hank Kroeker on May 19, 1961. Anne was a mother and grandmother to three children, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Anne will be remembered and missed by her children: Dan and Wanda Kroeker, Barb Kroeker, Stan and Eunice Kroeker; her grandchildren Kari and Kevin, Vanessa and Jason; her great-grandchildren Mariah and Melody. She was predeceased by her husband, Hank Kroeker in 1987, and later by Abe Epp in 2005.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 17th, 2011 from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at Henderson’s Funeral Home, 45901 Victoria Avenue, Chilliwack, BC. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 18th, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Yarrow Cemetery, followed by a memorial service at the Yarrow United Mennonite Church, 4336 Eckert Road, Yarrow, BC at 11:00 a.m.
