Ambrose Damion Joseph Roberts went missing October 6, 1997 at the age of 41. He was born December 10, 1955.
Ambrose was originally a logger, also a fisherman. He was an artist, musician and loved to entertain people. He was a “people person” who very easily made friends. He was very charismatic, respectful to nature in a traditional way.
Prayers will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tzeachten Hall. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, January 26, 2006 at 10:00 a.m.. at St. Mary’s R.C. Church. Fr. Gino Aloisio Celebrant. Luncheon to follow at Tzeachten Hall.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Roberts; son, Ambrose Jr., also known as “Amby” and daughter, Francine (Stanley Hulbert) Roberts. Also survived by siblings: Percy (Mary Ann); sister-in-law, Violet Ann Roberts; Muriel (Vern) Brown; Letitia Jackson; Virginia Violet (Gerald) George; Madeline Roberts; Simon (Kathy); Amelia Roberts; Lawrence (Jennifer); Ellen Janik; Lorelei (Dave); Seymour and Pete families of Seabird Island; many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by: father, Francis Roberts and mother, Nellie Roberts; brothers, George RoÂberts and Ralph Roberts; god-son and nephew, Michael.
