Born in Steinbach Manitoba, May 20 1943 and passed away April 2, 2013, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She leaves behind husband Jim Kabernick; children: Jason Kabernick (kids-Shayla and Hailey) Jodi Rutledge (kids- Acacia and Perry) Jen Hughes (husband Mike and children Loren, Jazmin,Matt and Logan). She was an amazing wife and mother and will be missed by all who knew her. Service to be held Tuesday April 9, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Sardis Community Church on South Sumas Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Chilliwack Hospice Society.
