Alfred Rudolph (Kurt) Wensler, age 77 passed away in Chilliwack on Aug. 17, 2018 after a battle with cancer.
Kurt is survived by his loving wife Rita of 53 years, 2 daughters; Kim Wensler and Jacqueline Rabisi (Mauro) granddaughter Marina Rabisi (Ash) and great granddaughter Marley Rabisi.
Born and raised in Yorkton Sask., Kurt went on to serve 20 years in the Canadian Armed Forces then continued his career in the electrical field. He was a member of Rotary, Masonic Lodge and the Shriners. He enjoyed travel and all things golf. He will be sadly missed by family and many friends around the globe.
Special thanks to his Doctors and the staff and volunteers at the Cascade Hospice who took exceptional care of Kurt in his final days.
A celebration of life will be held at Cooke's Presbyterian Church on 45825 Wellington Ave Chilliwack on Aug. 24, 2018 at 2 pm.
