Albert Raverat passed away on September 30, 2014 at Chilliwack BC at the age of 86 years. He was born in Puttin, the Netherlands. Albert is survived by his daughters, Antoinette (Peter) Meiszner, Jacqueline (Ron) MacFarlane, Linda (Garry) Nider and Dianne (Jim) Fowers; grandchildren, Peter and Lisa, Christopher (Caitlyn) and Nicholas (Rose), Amanda and Jennifer, Corey and Michelle (James); great grandchildren, Jayden, Kimberley, Isabelle, Georgia, Aubrey and Finn. He was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth and his special friend Zona Wale. Dad loved the outdoors and passed that on to us. He traveled, loved to walk on the riverside and was first and foremost a family man. Funeral services was held on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 1:00 pm from St. Mary's Catholic Church, 8909 Mary Street, Chilliwack, BC with burial to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be directed to the Chilliwack Hospice Society.
