Adolph Frank TWARDY

October 29, 2004

(1936-2004)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Adolph (Ade) Frank Twardy on October 29, 2004.

Adolph was born on September 2, 1936 to Thomas and Sophie Twardy, and raised in Innisfree, Alta., making his home in Chilliwack for the last 33 years.

Remembered in love always by his wife of 43 years, Colleen (nee Wright); son Trent; daughters, Pam Klassen (Gerald), and Penny, all of Chilliwack; and adored Poppa to Troy and Riley - his life’s greatest joys.

Predeceased by his parents, Ade is also survived by his sister Joyce Twardy of Calgary, Alta.; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law in Alberta; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

No words can ever be enough for this kind and gentle man; he will always be remembered for his courage, sense of humour, and quiet strength.

A memorial of Adolph’s life will be on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2004 at 10 a.m. at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Ave., Chilliwack, B.C.

In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Thanks for “the dance” Dad.
