DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT (DVP01384)
Location: 6582 Sumas Prairie Road
Applicants: Maarten and Marion Vanderwel
Purpose: To reduce the rear and interior side lot line setbacks within the RR (Rural Residential) Zone, to facilitate construction of an addition to the existing house and a separate detached shop on the subject property, as shown on the included map.

Applicant: Algra Bros Developments
Purpose: To reduce the minimum required common amenity area size and to waive the requirement to provide a 0.6m overhang when a parking space is located adjacent to a sidewalk, to facilitate construction of an apartment development on the subject property as shown on the included map.
