The purpose of Bylaw 1692, 2023 is to implement accessory dwelling units (e.g. Coach House and Garden Suite) and secondary suites (e.g. basement suite) in the Regional District. All parcels of land in the Regional District (excluding lands in Electoral Areas E and F) that are already subject to Regional District zoning regulations are subject to the bylaw.
