Traffic snarled after dump truck overturns

A tandem dump truck overturned northbound on Lickman Road north of the new roundabout south of Highway 1 in Chilliwack. No traffic is going north on Lickman, RCMP on scene and flaggers are directing traffic coming off the highway and for those wanting to go east on highway.
