Head down to the ‘Grease on Thursday for some fine West Coast roots rock with Dustin Bentall and Kendel Carson.
Together and as solo acts, they’ve been making waves across Canada, the United States and Europe. You may have seen them sharing stages with John Prine, Elvis Costello, Blue Rodeo, Mother Mother, The Barenaked Ladies and more.
Carson is a singer and fiddler extraordinaire who’s recent solo work includes country rock albums Alright Dynamite (2009) and Rearview Mirror Tears (2007). Bentall is a guitarist and singer from Vancouver, who’s solo country albums include Six Shooter (2009) and Streets with No Lights (2007).
The two collaborated with chemistry and charm on Bentall’s energetic You Are An Island (2013), and are on the road performing a string of shows together this summer.
