An old tradition resumes in Chilliwack drawing dozens to Salish Park

People gathered at Salish Park to count down the lighting of the downtown Christmas tree and visit with Santa Claus on Friday evening.

The tree ceremony also included live music and visits from local politicians, with acting mayor Sue Attrill behind the tree-lighting button.
