Stuff the Bus food drive underway in Chilliwack

Day two of Chartwell Retirement Residences' Stuff the Bus food drive takes place at the Safeway in Sardis next Thursday.

Representatives from Chartwell Retirement Residences, the Salvation Army, and Safeway worked together to box up three shopping carts full of donated food on Tuesday during Chartwell Retirement Residences’ Stuff the Bus campaign at the Safeway on Yale Road.

Hampton House, Lynwood and Birchwood make up the three Chartwell Retirement Residences in Chilliwack and they are collecting donations of non-perishable food.

Day two of the group’s Stuff the Bus food drive takes place at the Safeway in Sardis on Luckakuck Way next Thursday (Dec. 12) from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
