Nearly 1,650 Chilliwack families will be receiving Christmas hampers this year through the Salvation Army.

That day, nearly 100 volunteers put together 1,400 hampers. Including the 238 additional families who have been sponsored through the Sally Ann’s Adopt-A-Family program, nearly 1,650 Chilliwack families will be receiving Christmas hampers this year.

On Monday, Wisbey Veggies donated two five-ton trucks of produce which included carrots, squash, beets, leeks, potatoes, turnips, and cabbages.
