The communities in the Hope area came out to bid farewell to Dr. Joshua Greggain. Greggain is moving on from rural medicine to support his wife’s golf coaching career in Victoria.

On Friday, Feb. 26, dozens of cars lined up outside of Hope Medical Centre’s parking lot, decorated with streamers, art and well wishes for Greggain. As the cars passed through, Greggain passed out wrapped packs of cookies bearing his likeness.

“This is the best parade ever,” laughed Greggain, who was all smiles as he said his goodbyes to every patient that came through.
